§ 01COLLECTION
When you create an Excelsior account, we collect your email, display name, and a securely hashed password. If you subscribe to a paid plan, bank-transfer details are handled in the payment flow — we never see or store your banking credentials, only your payment and plan status.
§ 02USE
Your account data authenticates you on this site and inside the Excelsior add-in for Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and determines your plan and credit balance. We use your email for account-related notices (verification codes, billing, password resets) and for updates you can opt out of at any time.
§ 03PROCESSORS
Authentication and plan data are processed by our own backend. Bank-transfer payments are confirmed automatically when we detect your transfer. We don’t sell or share your data with anyone else.
§ 04YOUR RIGHTS
You can update your profile or request account deletion at any time by writing to info@diligenes.com.
